SmartMedics / MediNexus Platform
Modular hospital management system covering acute care, diagnostics, pharmacy, billing and workforce.
Problem
Hospitals often use disconnected systems for care, diagnostics, billing and reporting, creating data silos, revenue leakage, and clinician frustration.
Solution
A modular HMS where registration, consultation, lab, radiology, pharmacy, billing and accounting work as one integrated product story with regional profiles shaped by best practices from Africa and best practices from Europe.

- Regional workflow profiles must be first-class, not afterthoughts
- Revenue cycle integration is the differentiator for hospital buyers
Limitations
Backend services remain in phased rollout; public demo is not hosted.
Next stage
Complete backend microservices and controlled pilot deployment.
